Discounts apply to the gift-box price before taxes, shipping, delivery, rush fees, and customization charges. Quantity discounts may not be combined with other promotions.
Order & Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and begin purchasing and production; the remaining balance is due upon delivery or once the order is complete.
Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
There will be a rush fee of $250 if large orders are placed without two weeks’ notice
Shipping & Delivery Information
Gift boxes can be picked up or shipped at the buyer's expense.
Shipping is available at the expense of the buyer and will be subject to additional fees per box to account for shipping boxes and materials.
Deliveries to Montcalm, Isabella, and Gratiot counties are available on orders greater than 5 baskets for free.
Delivery fees outside these counties can be determined based on order size and delivery location.
Holiday orders will be delivered by the last week of November.
Accurate recipient information is the responsibility of the purchaser. Additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be billed to the corporate buyer. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed when delays are caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customization
Corporate buyers may request custom gift messages or branded items. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may result in additional fees, extended production lead times, or packaging enhancements.
Product Availability and Substitutions
Product selections are subject to seasonal and supplier availability, and may be substituted with comparable Michigan-made products of equal or greater value. For large orders, additional substitutions may be necessary to maintain the requested quantity and delivery schedule. The overall quality and value of the gift will always be maintained.
Changes and Cancellations
Order quantities, recipient information, gift messages, and delivery details must be finalized before production begins. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or delayed delivery.
